Each individual order is processed and shipped with care and attention. Our lead times vary from product to product. We will always endeavour to send our products ASAP and appreciate customers patience. Please read the below shipping information. Shipping for stock items are dispatched within 1-6 working days of order confirmation. Orders are normally shipped via Hermes Tracked delivery on a 2-4 day courier, where you will be able to track your parcel via link sent to your email (please check your junk folder if you have not received from Rara & Doey or Hermes).
Personalised or non – stock items will take 14-30 working days to dispatch depending on supply chain and seasonal events, when the supply chain is always under such high demand. The following items are made to order / personalised and dispatched directly from the manufacturer:
- PERSONALISED Anti Roll mats
- PERSONALISED Changing mats
- PERSONALISED Travel mats
- PERSONALISED Basket mats
The above items are all personalised and made to order specifically for you. This involves the following stages to help understand why shipping times are longer:
- Rara & Doey process the order from customer
- Create a bespoke artwork for each personalised order
- Artwork is then sent to UK print supplier
- UK supplier processes the order forms
- The personalised mat is then prints and manufactured
- Supplier sends direct to customer to save time sending via Rara & Doey
Due to these lengthy personalised and design service, please allow 14-30 working days. For personalised orders, there isn’t an option to upgrade to a quicker dispatch and orders cannot be rushed, so please keep this in mind before purchasing. Orders go over to the manufacturers at 1pm on Mondays so depending when you order will determine the date it goes to them and expected dispatch point is from the time the manufacturers receive it. Please refer to the returns page for our policies on cancellations and returns.Â
Dispatch
An email will be sent when you place an order. The next email will be sent you’re your item is dispatched. We will keep you up to date as much as possible on the progress of your order. Please allow time once the items get marked as ‘dispatched’ until your order actually arrives, as the delivery services try to keep up with demand.
Items may be shipped separately:
If you order multiple items then your order may be split up and items sent separately. If you have received an item and an item is missing, it may have been shipped separately, check your emails for additional tracking number.
